This is my second time buying these, and I’ve lost both sets. You have to constantly check if the ball is screwed in all the way. THE BALL ALWAYS COMES LOOSE!! I do not recommend.

Septum rings that are much easier to put in. Holy, do I have issues with putting in nose rings and studs. I always lose the little ball that screws into the actual end of the hoop. When I found these, I was excited! The threads are on the ball itself which makes it sooo much easier to screw in. Also, I deal with neurological issues which causes fine motor skill issues in my hands making it difficult to get them threaded in without losing them and getting annoyed. This jewelry design made it so much easier for me. Thank you! Would totally recommend this to anyone who struggles to get those darn balls screwed on!

So, the product would have gotten 5 stars... but apparently I didn't order the correct sizes. I first got 8mm. Way too tiny for a septum. Decided on 14mm because I thought thay would be right. Nope. Way too big.I'm dealing with it because I don't wanna try a THIRD time but I think that 10mm or possibly 12mm would be perfect.

Both piercings stripped the ball will not stay, and will fall out. The quality of the actual piercing is great! However, the threading quality is pretty bad. It’s super easy for it to fall out for no reason. Talking can make it loose. I had it fall out mid conversation despite putting it on and tightening it. That’s when I discovered it was stripped.

My piercings are still healing and I switched to these after a few different sets didn't quite work for me. I have had no issues with the metal which is nice because my piercings have been slow healing. The internal thread really makes removal and cleaning a lot less painful. The shape of these are different than the picture more of a rainbow shape than an open circle. The balls are small and the overall look is dainty which is what I was looking for. I did have one ball come off but it was on my clothing and I ×reattached it. With the price point I am going to buy a few more pair to make sure I have these on hand if I lose pieces because it was exactly what I was looking for.**two of the balls came loose, I lost one found the other. I had a different size ball to put in for now and the post on that ball is definitely longer but i jad no trouble screwing it in. I'm buying some replacement balls because I like the small size of the original and had no problem with the spare I put on fitting tightly. Still like the shape of the rings but you probably should by some backup balls!

I ordered these to use when I don’t want my piercing visible as the horseshoe style can be flipped up inside my nose. These worked fine but getting the tiny internally threaded balls on and off is a nightmare. I lost one the first day due to it being so small but that’s what you get with this size of jewelry. Otherwise great quality for the price.

I specifically ordered these because I wanted internally threaded titanium septum rings. I wanted a silver one to replace the one I got when I got my nose pierced, and a black one, to have options. The silver one is internally threaded, like the listing says. The black one isn't. They're also smaller than I expected, but I'm pretty sure I just measured them wrong. This size fits better anyway, and it can flip up just fine for my job. I'm pretty miffed about getting an externally threaded one.UPDATEThe seller reached out to me about this review and sent me the correct one, free of charge. I bumped this up a star for the good customer service. Now I have what I expected!
