Great Brand but not a good quality material for welding. Didn't take no time to bun holes in it from little things like grinding sparks. Not very durable and I bought the INDURA Jacket thinking it was a better quality material than the lightweight jackets but I see no difference. Save yourself the money buy the lightweight because they are the same just cheaper or spend the extra money and get the INDURA style jacket with the leather top.

Does the job. It's comfortable, and not too heavy. Seems to run a little small, though. I wear a small in almost everything (5'7", 145#), but this is slightly tight in the shoulders and short in the sleeves. No big deal with welding gloves on, though. And I have broad shoulders for my size, so that could affect it. Going to order a Medium next time. Only thing this is missing is a sleeve pocket.

Just received my jacket, when I ordered it 4 days ago. Quick shipment and fits good. I am 5'6" and I ordered a large. The reason I ordered a large was for when it get's cold out to wear warmer clothes underneath. I tried it on and fits perfect with or without thicker clothes. I would highly recommend this for anyone. I also got this to stay cool in the summer and also bought 21 inch gloves instead of full leather sleeves. Thanks for the fast delivery.

I'm currently using the second of these jackets that I've owned.The leather is good quality and heavy enough to be durable. My first of these jackets was retired because the blue cloth was destroyed but the leather portions of the jacket were still in good shape after a few years of use. The scribe pockets on the arms are each large enough to fit a couple pens, and the outside pockets in the front are roomy enough to be very useful for paint pens, tape measures, a folding knife or whatever.The major drawback is the snaps. The blue fabric is fairly lightweight (which is nice as it's cooler than an all leather jacket) and the snaps are both very strong and not reinforced. When unbuttoning this jacket you can't just grab the cloth and pull it open or you'll rip the snaps right through the fabric, which is the main reason I had to retire my first one.I still think it's worth the money, and I expect my current jacket to last quite a bit longer.

I bought this for my son who takes a welding class in school and he loves it! Says it's comfortable and it's doing the job for him! Highly recommend this coat! The price on Amazon was also EXCELLENT! Compared to eBay which is pretty cheap usually, they couldn't beat pricing on Amazon.
