I almost never write reviews unless they are good to bring businesses and sellers more business but, I fell I had to leave my experience after buying this milwaukee combo kit. My first impression was this is a pretty good. Nice clean "New looking products". I am an electrician who has used Dewalt products for what seems like forever using the same drill for the last 8 years which still runs like a champ. I decided it was time to get a newer drill because of battery expenses. The hammer drill in the milwaukee combo kit ran well for the first week and a half as well as the impact. (I did not use the hackzaw) But after that week or so of use the hammer drill just stopped working. The LED light worked, the batteries were charge completely but the drill was dead. At first I decided that maybe I just got a defective drill but then seen other reviews here about dead drills. Milwaukee is a pretty well known reputable company. I decided to take my drill in to a milwaukee repair center. Not an Authorized repair shop, I took it to the actual Milwaukee repair center where they explained to me that my drill was not a new drill, in fact the explained how this particular kit was a refurbished kit. Everything I seen in the Amazon product description has said this combo kit to be BRAND NEW! So I can't understand how amazon could allow any seller to sell a refurbished set if it wasn't advertised as refurbished. Then on top of everything else I have to wait for amazon to process my return. When I called the first time which was 2/20/21 I was told it would take 3 hours to process now when I call today they say it could be up to a couple weeks. Im not saying anyone as a consumer shouldn't buy from this seller or amazon but I am saying beware. This whole situation is just terrible on both ends. Super disappointed in Amazon!

Brushless drills are great. The impact driver has tons of power. The hammer drill does also and has almost too much power. The trigger is very sensitive and is sometimes hard to modulate. This one does not have a switch for speed vs torque. The hackzall successfully removed an orange tree in my back yard (roots and all) in a single charge. Battery sizes are a good mix. Bag is decent enough.
