This tool is awesome. What is not awesome is the four attempts to reach the seller and/or Milwaukee about the two missing batteries and attachment which were included in the item description and photographs but did not come with the tool. Someone swapped the batteries out and left one 2.0 in its place. I want the batteries that I paid for! Amazon's only return option is to simply ship the tool back, but the tool works, and I need the tool. So the customer service from both entities is severely lacking, beware.

Had my greenlee kit stolen so figured I'd try this set up. 18 4" conduits in no time can't believe how fast and clean it is. No more leaky handpumps for me.

Purchased in July 2020. Survived until the end of September before the seal gave out and now it's leaking oil. How do I submit a claim for warranty? Great tool but in this case I got a bad unit...it happens.

Great set!No more pump oil. Easy to use and fast. I have couple months with this product and I hope to work for years because I use it at lot.Will be great if set can come with 2 batteries.

Love this tool! I don't rate much or very often. But I feel I needed to rate this tool set. It's awesomely fast and efficient for me as a one man contractor.
