it works EXCELLENT! I follow direction, I start baking the cupcakes for 10 minutes. I pull it out. I introduced This red corer in the middle of each cupcake. I put them back in the oven to finish cooking. I pull it out. I and when I pulled them out, it was a perfect side to put the fill in the cupcake., it was perfect and easy to work with

The fat lips made them top heavy & caused them to easily tip, so I trimmed them off with better results.Knowing when to insert them into the batter is key. I tried them with muffins & banana bread. The baked goods were well received!

My wife tried these and said they worked but left a larger fill hole than she thought it would. But when you fill cupcakes with cream filling or fruit filling, it's a good amount and so it's excellent for that. She recommends them.

I thought these worked great, After reading through some of the reviews. Someone suggested using Nonstick spray. I used Pam and coated each corer And I had no issues removing them at all. I did order two packs So I would have enough to make a dozen cupcakes.

I have been making cupcakes for parties and it has been a headache digging a hole to fill them with jellies and creams. This has made it so much easier to fill the cupcakes while keeping the plug intact to replace it before icing the cupcakes. I love that I can do more than one at a time making my job a lot easier. These only work in large normal size cupcakes and it is best to use them while the cupcake is warm and not completely done or place the plunger in the cupcake when you pour the batter into the pans before baking. I wish 12 were included so a dozen could be bake and prepped at the same time. Overall, I love them and this is a handy product.

After reading other reviews I placed the plungers 8-9 mins after baking then returned the cupcakes to the oven to finish baking I let my cupcakes completely cool before twisting to remove them … every one was perfect !!!

This works well for displacing batter to create a hollow area for a good amount of filling. They would be too large for mini cupcakes, but they make a generous hole for regular cupcakes and a reasonable one for the larger ones.I tried the pam trick others mentioned in the review, and they worked considerably better with that.
