These 'rain ponchos' are sturdy, sleeves have elastic at the cuffs, they come down as far as my knees ( I'm 5'10"). Good product.

I got these for a 5K I was running, which happened to be in the rain. The ponchos are great & high quality given the low cost. The sleeves are a nice touch, and they are very long which was great. I am 5’6” and it came past my knees.The only downfall was that the string in the hood gets lost easily and you have to fish it out, but overall great product! Was not too heavy that it was a pain, but not too light that the wind blew it around.You could dry then out and reuse if needed, but I just tossed mine after.
