Step 1
Rotate the switch to the "OFF" position
Step 2
Align the valve on the butane canister with the connection point on the stove, ensuring that the dent on the valve is positioned at the top.
Step 3
Push it firmly until it locks with this connection point. You may need to twist the canister slightly to ensure a secure fit.
Step 4
Rotate knob halfway to "ON", wait for gas release. And then rotate slightly past "ON" to hear a click, flames ignite. Release knob.

I bought for my parents as we are in Hurricane season. They have already used through two events. Very easy to set up and requires only a little ventilation, so can be used indoors with a window open. My mom is 75 and figured out how to use with only the amazon instructions. Life saver!

Great little stove. It's small enough that you can heat camp mugs on it which is hard to do on larger versions.
