These do the trick on long rides or climbs. The slight hand position change helps a lot and these fit well against your thumb. Recommended for a cheap option to change hand positions.

these do not open and cannot be forced open so in order to install these one has to remove the whole bar set up . too much trouble . returning . waste of time

Easy to install, extremely light and strong. When trail riding and my hands get tire I can rest my thumbs easily, talking some pressure off other fingers. (Age 63, mtb/XC riding 40+ years.
