It worked ok but clean up is terrible and the chocolate has to be really hot or it gets thick and messy

Not sure what you guys didn’t do right but this thing works pretty damn good for a small, last minute add to a party.

This product worked as described as long as you follow the directions, I melted my chocolate until totally liquid in the microwave, then mixed in some canola oil or any other flavorless oil is fine, to keep the liquid texture. As I melted my chocolate I preheated the fountain. When I poured the chocolate in it worked exactly as it should and my children were very pleased

Horrible!!!! Do not buy, you will regret it.Package arrived damaged and seem to be open I guess they try their luck with someone that will not the take extra time to return it. It need to go to the trash that is where this thing belongs. It mess up our evening and all the chocolate went to waste Shame that Amazon allow to sale such a product.! Hopefully this will help other not to do the same mistake I did.

Used the melted chocolate, warmed up the fountain while chocolate was getting melted Poured in the chocolate and turned on the fountain. Didn’t make it all the way around with the fountain but going to thin the chocolate a little more next time. Used it at a party and we loved it

Tried multiple times couldn’t ever get it to work properly. It would turn on but it never worked as a fountain. It turned on and spun but never worked making it a fountain.

This is a decent fountain. But it is very difficult to clean. To the point it’s almost a one time use fountain.
