How to connect the camera to the device smoothly ?

You can do as follows:

1. Connect the power supply and long press the power button for 3s (see the blue light is on when it means there is power)

2. Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds (see the blue light blinking means it is in the configuration state)

3. Connect to the device hotspot (the one without password)

4. You can open the app to watch

5. Click on the device for WiFi settings

6. You can watch remotely

Please note that the connection should be close to the device to ensure that the signal strength, if it still does not work, please ask us!

How to set up 2.4G WiFi ? (no conflict with 5G)

1. Access the router's IP address on the device connected to the WiFi (open it with a browser).

2. Log in with your username and password (on the back of the router or contact their customer support).

3. Find the Wi-Fi settings, turn on the 2.4G WiFi port, set the account password and save it.

Scam!! Do not buy. When you create an account you are agreeing to memberships in a bunch of other apps. I clicked no I didn't want them and today I was charged for a sports channel app and some weird app. Both were 40.00 each!. No way to cancel either. You think you are just creating an account and there are do many adds that pop up that it's easy to accidently click that add and sign up because it takes you to the camera page after you create the account. Today I went back into the app to try and get the info to cancel and there is none! The camera quality is poor and setting it up was not easy. This is 100 percent a scam.
