It looks like it could be a good little enclosure but mine isn't sealing fully on the bottom side of the door. Might have to return.

Our family loves all kinds of insects and other small creatures, so we have gone through a LOT of terrariums and bug cages in the past 18 years, This is one of the best designs I have seen, so that's saying a lot! I really love this enclosure! This cage comes pre-assembled with the acrylic already peeled,. It has many convenient features. The magnets that hold the door in place are secure and durable, there's an included tray at the bottom of the cage that allows for easy cleaning of waste or food. It also comes with tongs and a dropper for easy feeding. The material is well-ventilated and crystal clear—a great option for small critters as opposed to glass. Overall a great enclosure, perfect for jumping spiders or other bugs!

Jumping spiders can make nests in the corners and often on the top so you can't open the door or the lid if they do so. Also the venting holes are a little big so if you feed your spider with something small like fruit flies, they could escape.

Cute! There's a lot about it to love. It's a bit smaller than I was expecting but it seems fairly well made. I especially like the magnetic doors!

I really like that there's no assembly required. I don't have to worry about seams opening or bending. I like the big front door for cleaning and decorating. I don't plan on using the top door, but it's nice to have. This will be good for a baby and young spiderling.

This is one of the better jumping spider enclosures I’ve seen. I really like the full-hinge door, and the pull-out bottom tray allows the buyer to choose between a "synthetic" or bio-active enclosure!I’ve been keeping jumpers for about 5 years now, and I always suggest that bigger is better for most animals. However, spiders are one of those creatures where you have to be careful about transitioning them too quickly. I would suggest waiting for your spood to reach AT LEAST i4 or i5 before moving them to this enclosure. Doing so too early increases the risk of them slipping out of the air holes on the sides or top of the tank (as well as their food).Lastly, I don’t like that the top is removable when the tank is advertised as a "jumping spider" enclosure. Jumpers are arboreal, meaning they tend to build their nests at the top of their enclosure. If you’re not paying attention, you could easily damage their nest while opening the tank. This causes undue stress and could potentially harm or even kill your spider if you're not careful. I didn’t dock a star for this, but I wanted to mention the issue in my review so that other buyers are aware (in case they didn’t know already).Additionally, my enclosure arrived with a broken part (the piece that holds the top sliding door in place at the top of the tank). I was able to fix it with superglue, but I did dock a star for this. All in all, I still really like this enclosure and am glad I ordered it. I currently have three jumpers, and all of them are kept in this style of tank (until they get a bit larger). I really appreciate the added feeder/enclosure tools too – those were a nice touch!I hope this review helps if you were on the fence about! Good luck and happy shopping! 😊💖

First, these little enclosures can run you as much as $20 or more just for the empty enclosure. I would say the average, "Deal" is about $17.00. That is often the price for basically the shell. They also often do not have really good cross airflow along the topsides. This product is done right! The top and the sides have plenty of air holes without any in the lower region. This allows for a better gradient of humidity as your pet climbs downward to find the right spot. Bot the top and the front can be opened. With all of that said, this alone would make it a decent enclosure for the listed price. But that is not all that you get.The enclosure comes with a removeable tray in the bottom to hold in substrate. Allowing you to pull the tray out if you want to clean out the substrate without disturbing your pet when they're up top. An eye dropper is also included, along with a pair of tweezers for feeding or arranging items in the enclosure. The hinges appear to have metal bolts within them, which is nice because usually the plastic bolts are the first thing to end up slipping out with time. No way to know for sure, but I would think that this would be a stronger way to do it. Overall, this is a great kit for the same price of many lesser items that don't even come with extras!
