These ledges are very small which I knew before ordering. They are made of a nice solid material unlike some others that feel like painted foam and don’t look as natural as this one. The magnet is extremely strong which is important. The only negative is that the magnet needed to be hot glued in place because it was not adhered to the ledge (easy fix)

Don't underestimate what they mean when it's described as mini. It's extemely small. I would have returned it if i could because of that fact alone but unfortunately apparently there was no return optionThere's no "platform" for any animal to stand on to feed so keep that in mind. The quality is fine and the magnet is plenty strong. It looks great. If the size is good for you, then it's Aside well worth the money. I'd have been much happier to keep it if it was just a little bit larger or had a feeding platform.

They sell larger ones for adult geckos, this is definitely a juvenile and baby gecko feeder, very small for a very small cage, works well and comes with one disposal cup.

Glad I decided to try this ledge bowl. Surprisingly it fits nicely on my curved glass enclosure. The magnet is holding it in place quite well. It has only moved once or twice since I first started using it but my gecko loves it anyway

I have been using this magnetic food cup holder in my cage for months. It's been subjected to constantly heavy water exposure because of the fact the gecko needs high humidity at all times year-round. Despite this it doesn't show even the slightest sign of wear or tear both on the resin material or the magnet itself. It doesn't crust itself to your glass tank walls like some other cups do, especially the suction ones, and the magnet is strong enough it will cling tightly even though thicker tank walls. My fully grown male crested gecko stands on this with his full weight when he eats and it doesn't move at all, which is exactly what I want. It holds the standard paper Pangea brand food cups perfectly, but if you don't want to produce the waste you can simply put the raw food itself directly into this thing just fine as well. Be sure to clean it regularly if you do that, though. There are no hidden grooves or anything inside of this for nasty germs to get caught inside of it, making cleaning this as easy as wiping it down with a disinfectant wipe or spray.

This ledge is quite small, which you can see in the pic. But I knew it would be, I got it for our baby/juvie crested gecko. It is great quality though! And the magnet is super strong! I think pangea may have upgraded their magnets. I also have the larger double cup feeding ledge from them for my adult crested, and I think this little one has a stronger magnet than the 2 on it. The magnet pulls stronger at least. I almost pinched my hand in it because I didn't realize how strong or fast they'd snap together. The smaller size cup also works better for mixing up pangea cgd for our little one, since he/she doesn't eat as much as the adult. Though I think the size of the cup would be fine for the amount we feed our adult too. So if you could arrange a branch or something to go up to the ledge, I think it could work for adults. It for sure looks nicer than the larger black plastic double cup one. But that is a personal opinion. I still recommend both of them for crested geckos or any other arboreal eater.

At first glance, this tiny little ledge looked like a waste of money. Man I was wrong. The magnet is strong and holds the ledge in place through plastic or glass terrariums. It's the perfect size for encouraging timid young geckos and even frogs to eat. Just set the ledge high up in the tank, pop a couple newborn dubia roaches or mealworms in it, step back, and watch as your tiny reptile or amphibian happily chows down. I highly recommend these! Also great for honey, baby food, and/or crested gecko diet to feed young giant day geckos!

Our crested gecko loves it! It might be small for an adult, but large enough for a young gecko.

This little feeder is so great. I just got my first crested gecko and it's just a baby, so I'm keeping it in a small enclosure, and it doesn't seem real comfortable with going down to the ground to eat, not to mention it was tough to get in there to change food past the vines and hides I put in there. This little magnetic ledge is the perfect solution, I put it near the top of the enclosure to make food changes easier, and my gecko seems happy to not have to go to the ground; it seems like it's eating a bit more.I'm sure the gecko in the picture is a juvenile like mine; once mine is grown up and upgraded to a larger vivarium, I also plan to upgrade to the larger two-cup ledge. (Then I'll have the smaller enclosure and this feeder free to another juvie. :D) I don't think I'd recommend this particular feeder for an adult crested or anything of similar size; they'd probably be more comfortable with the bigger option. But for a small enclosure and a small gecko, this thing's great. It's also made out of some kind of resin with a sort of rock-like texture, which is great... when shopping for these I found another that's made of foam, but I like the solidity of this. The magnet is SUPER strong, too... I took another reviewer's advice and installed this by putting the feeder in place and then applying the magnet to the outside and lower down, then sliding it up to meet the feeder; I'd agree it could be easy to crack your vivarium if you just put the two together, they want to snap together with quite a lot of force. There is only one magnet so it could potentially rotate, but the weight of a juvenile crested is definitely not going to make that happen. Seems very sturdy. Couldn't be happier, and quickly finding that Pangea has a great reputation for a reason; this is a really quality item, and I can't wait to upgrade my gecko's enclosure so I can add more of their cool ledges and things. :)

Our gecko wouldn't go near this ledge or touch her food when it was inside the plastic cup, so minus one star. It's not because she's not eating, I just think she likes to eat closer to the ground (go figure we'd get the only gecko who does that!). The magnet is very strong but the size is a whole lot smaller than I expected, and that might be why our Apple Jack doesn't want to eat from this ledge- she's a baby and can't fit on this all the way. I ended up sending it back. I think it's a great idea and a space saving design in the terrarium, but I think it's too small to be practical, hence the three star review.
