I am at that stage of life where I have several "maintenance exercises" to keep my body working. My knees are a big issue as they have arthritis and the tendons are weak. I keep this ball on my chair so that I can use it throughout the day. I just need to find convenient (lazy) ways to tackle the other exercises. 😂

The ball is okay and the size we needed (6 inches), but the pump is total garbage. We could barely use it to inflate the ball before the tip broke off. We managed to hold the tip against the pump to finish inflating the ball, but then the back of the pump came off and was unable to be reattached, meaning it totally broke. I had another pump from another yoga ball, so if need be, I can use that at a later date, but I probably would not buy this product again, nor would I recommend it.**Updated review: this ball is actually a little smaller than 6 inches. When you hold it up to a ruler, it says it’s about 5.25-5.5”. We had to order a different ball for our yoga class because the ones for the exercises were 6-7”.**

It was easy to blow up with the air pump provided and the air is still in a couple days later.I've been using it for massaging sore muscles by putting my body weight on it.

Great little ball. Comes with a pump so you control the air and how soft or hard it will be.

I bought this to complete physical therapy at home. It’s the perfect size for my hip abduction isometric exercises. Easy to inflate with the included inflator. Non slip surface is easy to hold onto. Nice shade of purple. Good choice for the money.

I needed a small ball to put between my knee when doing one specific knee strengthening exercise. It is soft enough and works for exercise i am doing . i could use a pillow instead but did not have correct size.
