I really appreciate the high quality of these shoes. I'm confident they'll hold up well through my daughter's learning to walk stage that she's in right now, and then some. The velcro being on the back of the shoe is also helpful in keeping her from getting the shoes off.I will make a note about sizing...I would highly recommend measuring your child's foot from big toe to heel, and then looking at Minnetonka's size chart based off that measurement. Everyone says these run large, but it's because their size chart does not follow what you'd traditionally find in the store. For example, my daughter wears these in a size 3, but I've gotten her shoes in size 4-5 at other stores. I had originally gotten these in a size smaller at the suggestion of these reviews, and I couldn't get them on her feet.

I got these one size up for my daughter to wear as indoor slippers. They are perfect! We have wood floors and it is starting to get cold so I bought these for her. I wanted her to be able to have some slippers that would stay on her feet (she's almost 2) and that also looked cute. These are perfect because they have a soft sole, which is the best type of shoe for a little walker. She loves wearing them. Even though they are a little big on her, they stay on because of the ankle strap. They are well made, so they will last long, too.

Once I got the sizing for these down after reading other reviews, I received a pair that fit well enough and I've been very happy with the quality. I initially bought the purple ones and they were adorable, but I sadly had to send them back due to ordering the shoe size my daughter typically wore without realizing Minnetonka has their own sizing chart. They were much, much larger than expected, but I liked them so much I exchanged them for the tan moccasins. They fit, but are slightly roomy as they are all sued and will stretch a little with use, but it just means she'll get more wear out of them. We use them as slippers and my toddler comfortably wears them all day sometimes. They are very well-made and I expect she'll be able to pass them on to her baby brother.

These moccasins and very cute and look great on my little guy. They run very large so make sure to order a size down. I ordered infant size 1 and they are huge. He'll definitely get alot of wear out of these. I like the velcro in the back because you can make the shoe tighter or loser depending on your child's ankle size. Perfect little slippers for all ages and for a great price.

My two girls (6 and 1) and I each have a pair of Minnetonka boots. We love them!! I don't quite agree that these run big. I ordered size 3 (my daughter wears a 4) after reading all the reviews that they run big. Received them and immediately tried them on her only to find that they just BARELY fit. I feel like her actual size 4 would have been a better fit with a tiny room for growth. Anyhow, I kept them and will just re order when they're tight. Super adorable, we get compliments every time she wears them. Glad I purchased these and the price is great! You won't find cheaper on these than amazon.

sieht total niedlich aus und die qualität ist auch hervorragend.Einen Punkt Abzug wegen dem zu hohen Preis. In den Staaten kostet der Schuh umgerechnet gerade mal zwischen 20-25 EUR.

Thank you to all the previous reviewers who advised to order a size or two smaller. My 17-month-old toddler currently wears size 5.5, but she fits fine (with a bit of room to spare) in size 3 of these Minnetonkas. Perhaps the suede stretches with use and because of the velcro seam fit in the back of the foot, there is more wiggle room. This is not a complaint - I actually love that these are made of real suede, are soft and flexible, and are breathable. My daughter has been walking/running well for several months, but I noticed that she walks more comfortably and naturally in these shoes. She has a pair of Stride Rite sneakers that fit her well, but they are heavier and less flexible and she seems to "clunk" around in them. (Her feet seem weighed down by the Stride Rites, though they are well made and supportive.) These Minnetonkas do have their limitations - i.e. I would not treat these as "outdoor" shoes, since they do not have any kind of rubber on the bottoms. I have her wear them for indoor events. I find myself reaching for these shoes a LOT - I bought the brown color and they are very, very cute. The brown color and the style seems to go with almost everything, from jeans to rompers to dresses. Once you find the right size, I cannot stress how great a choice these shoes are.

I was very pleased with the quality of these. Excellently made and for a good price. I took the advice of other reviews and sized down. My baby is 12mo but already a size 6.5/7 shoe. I got the 6 and it is really too big. It measures against some other 7s we have as exactly the same! They fall off easily. That is why I can't give them 5 stars, though I REALLY want to because they are so soft and CUTE! I love the foam padding on the bottom, it is just enough to protect without being stiff at all. I love how nice and wide they are. I am hoping that when she grows they will fit better and not fall off, until then I will use thick socks. If you are looking for something to stay on better go with a Robeez or Bobux.
