My kitchen floor tile is about 20 years old now. The grout is terrible. We used this and I must say, it did a great job. Easier than me down there with soup and a toothbrush, lol. I used a brush on my electric drill after letting the product sit a while. It worked very well.

I used this on porcelain 24x24 1 " tiles and it did a beautiful job. I first used vinegar to clean off the haze after grouting. I let it dry and then reapplied more vinegar as needed and scrubbed until the haze was gone. Then I used the sealant. It did not take long to dry. I sprayed water on it after it was dry and it beaded up nicely. I did not have to reapply the sealant. I would recommend this product, over Thompson's sealant.

Miracle Sealants MHDCQT6 Heavy Duty Acid Substitute Cleaner does a great job. My grout is medium gray and with soap scum it turns darker. I can just spray the cleaner on and follow the directions for an immediate clean. It is easy to use and doesn't cause one to be ill because of fumes. I used the appropiate gloves and the cleaner did the work.

Used this on a shop floor that hadn’t been cleaned with a long time with a good scrub brush. It did a pretty good job but I didn’t feel like it lifted stains as well as I thought it would. I didn’t look at the ounces on the bottle. So I thought I was going to get more than I did. But overall it did a pretty good job.

Bought this to help clean our natural stone before sealing for various projects with our home reno. Worked great, with options for how much to dilute based on need, and gave me the clean surface needed to be able to move to the next step. Used for split natural quartz, polished natural quartzite slab, and honed natural marble tiles. Did not alter color, finish, or appearance. Does have to dry a smidge depending or porosity but once dried looked like the original materials which is exactly what I needed.
