I have a 2005 Saab 9-5, and these mirror switches are a known point of failure when they get a little dirty on the inside. This looks nearly identical, other than the texture, and is significantly cheaper than anything made for that car. So I took a gamble, and it worked with one exception: The up/down axis is reversed!I'm quite content to keep it on there, given I don't need to adjust my mirrors very often. So, I gave this five stars on the assumption that it works as designed, but is not designed for my use case.

Just for my car are inverted the up/down position, but no problem.
