Easy for children to put on, great for playing around outdoors; if wet outside, these shoes have some grip so less likely to slip on slick surface and fall. They are comfortable and durable - he will outgrow them before they wear out, so good to pass on to another kid.

I was a little worried that these would fall short of ours needs because they were sk affordable. However, my 8 year old daughter has loved them. She chooses to wear them even when we aren’t hiking, so she must find them comfortable. We did the true test of 2 days of hiking in Yosemite (2.5 miles the first day and 5.5 the second day) and she never faltered a step. No complaints, so blisters, ready to go again the next day. I’ll repurchase this brand when she outgrows them for sure!

I got these for my kid (Toddler 6) for when we went camping and I couldn't be happier. The construction is sturdy and sound and kept my child's feet protected. I like that the material is a faux leather, so stickers would not penetrate through the outer shell. They held up well and seem to be quite comfortable and not to0 bulky to be a hindrance.

Bought these for my almost 6 yr old. Went hiking in Bryce canyon with a little snow/ice on the ground and he didn't slip. Kept his feet warm and he didn't complain if any foot pain during the 3.5mile hike. Sturdy build and will worth the money. Great price for if they only fit for one season.

I like the style, the flexibility, material, color and price. I ordered the size 4 for my 7 yr old son (92 lbs, 4ft tall). The boots are of simple made but looks durable, (1st day of wear). These are WIDE! The straps were good enough to tighten them to an comfortable side for my son. He is able to flex and bend at the toes. So far he loves them. The sole is flexible. We shall see how the hold.
