Easy to put together. I would recommend putting sand or water in the base or it will fly across the room. Priced well. Great gift!Cons--None.

I've had a few speed bags like this over the years and this one is definitely not a top contender but as well not bad. To state the things i did not like being how small the base is making filling and keeping seated not the best. I can easily knock this speed bag over. This spring to bounce the bag is really low on the pole making the bag not really good for speed taking so long to bounce back and forth. The ball you hit is very cheap material and is easy to bust up. It does get the job done though if you are going very minimal strength and force. Overall not a bad product for training.

Money well spent! Great product for the price. Lots of fun for children of all ages. I highly recommend this product.
