Really works put a firecracker in and load anything like bbs on top of it and light it. It blew holes in sheetrock. And looks real.

this is an excellent little cannon for fun and for show. I've been loading it with a little fire cracker, a paper towel wad, and a 3/8" clay slingshot ball. it'll go either 10ft or 20 ft. it's lots of fun.I've been thinking about putting in some blackpowder, but I dont want it to explode. 10/10 would buy againEdit: I changed my loading methods. the ball now can go 40 ft and shatter on a target. the cannon is fine. deffinately worth it now hahaha

This is a really nice piece of decor. I have it in my den and it looks good amongst the other decorative items. The finish is a very nice, bright, brushed brass. The trailing arms fold and move to change the elevation. The barrel is a true barrel and goes all the way through to the breech. (it's not just partially drilled out like some model cannons) The breech plug is removable. The wheels turn easily. It seems like a really high-quality, well-made item. It is all machined from solid metal, there is no plastic or anything else involved. If you want a nice bit of decor for your man-space, then I think you will appreciate this item. Five stars.
