The older coffin cases used to fit a Warlock. It was a little snug but not so snug as to be an uncomfortable fit. Having just bought one of these G-185s I can comfirm that they will NOT even hold smaller Warlocks like my LA Series. I have an older coffin case that not only holds my LA Series Warlock just fine it will also hold my LA Series Warlock with a widow headstock. The NJ Series not only has a bigger body but also has a longer neck. I give it 3 stars because I feel like it a decent case but I cant help but subtract points because it doesnt hold Warlocks like they used to. If the company would just make the case a little bigger like they used to then they would hold all the guitars that they can currently hold and some of the slightly bigger "pointy" guitars regardless of whether or not your talking about BC Richs or other "pointy" guitars. One pic shows my NJ Series Warlock in an old school coffin case and the other pic shows the same exact guitar in a brand new G-185. Its a shame that this down size happened.

Stitching was loose in multiple areas, but she loved it so much that the return process wasn’t an option

Great case, a bit hard to latch shut with guitar in it at first but I’m assuming once it’s been in there for a while it will start to form around it better

It just barely fits my Fender in it but my Fender has larger safety locks on it. Very soft velvet on the interior. Hard plastic leather-print exterior. Also came with a miniature pillow to hold your electric guitar, or remove to fit an acoustic. Overall excellent product.

I wouldn't travel with this case, but it's okay for taking your guitar to a friend's house, small venue, or just to keep your guitar in at home. For something that is over $100 I was hoping there would be some better quality. There is visible tacky adhesive around the perimeter in the inside where the "velvet" is attached to the vinyl. Was also hoping for an overall better quality/thicker case. It's a bit flimsy, especially for how snug it fits my Gibson SG - why I will not travel with it in this case. Fairly disappointed but it is cool and works better than a gig bag. You can also tell the interior is more of a dark purple than dark red. It comes with a little pillow for the body of the guitar but it's honestly not enough and leaves me worried about the neck snapping where it creates a pressure point on the guitar. The $70 Fender tweed case for my Stratocaster is stronger than this...

Extremely shoddy and cheaply put together case. When you pay over three digits for something, you expect some quality, not bottom tier plywood and faux, cheap material that they try to pass off as velvet. As it stands, I wouldn't recommend this case for anything but for show as it definitely would not be able to hold up to the rigors of any travel that takes it outside city limits.P.S. the latch in the back of the case is an extremely bad idea and I would be willing to bet more than one customer has broken it without even realizing there was one there. Also, only one of the latches has a lockhole so you can be assured of maximum insecurity for your possessions.
