I found the customer service to be great. They were communicative often because there was a slight delay. But even with the delay, it still fit within the original delivery window. Aside from the customer service, the couch itself is beautiful. I love that the covers are removable. Easy to toss in the wash and put back on. We will be ordering the matching single chairs for summer.

Quality of the sofa is just ok. Aluminum is not very thick and my sofa was dented by movers. It took months to get a final answer as to whether I could purchase a replacement arm - which turned out to be no. So beware if you are looking for a sturdy piece of furniture.

Great sofa, comfortable and so far wipes clean easily. On the second one I received one with 2 of the same arm- seller quickly sent out a replacement. Great customer service.
