The product was exactly as described, new but in a box with a bit of damage. However, the product was unscathed and performed as desired. The seller, KB Plumbing has great customer support, answered questions in an efficient manner, and had the product delivered to our door in a relatively short time. Less time than what was "predicted" upon checkout!Yep! I'll be watching this Seller's storefront for other products I expect I will need in the future!
