Did exactly what we wanted it to do. Eliminate all the sliding hardware in the shower, and just provide a resting place for the hand held shower head. Makes for a much cleaner look in the shower, makes it easier to squeegee after a shower. Sturdy and has stuck to the wall easily and has a firm grip holding it in place.

It works well when first installed, it is very sturdy and holds up great to the weight of the wand and water pressure. However, it only stays in place for a few days before falling off of the wall. I have cleaned the surface multiple times, with multiple types of cleaners. The surface is smooth and residue free and it still would lose suction.

My wife broke her leg and had surgery to have some screws implanted in it. I bought a shower chair, the Moen DN8001 Home Care Hand Held Shower, and this item so that she could sit in the chair and reach the hand held shower head from this holder mounted on the wall where she could reach it while sitting in the shower chair. The combination worked perfectly during her recovery. She can now shower standing up, so she no longer needs this item. But it was great during the time she needed it.One caveat: This item held its suction mounting well, but after a couple of days it would fall off--usually in the middle of the night---and make a clatter. I solved that by taking it down and remounting it for each shower she took.

Love the quality, good looks, excellent suction cup, easy to use. Would be 5-stars, but the holder is just a little too small so my shower handle rotates. This really needs a "rubber" band or something that will grip the shower wand to prevent movement. I would highly recommend, just get a few rubber bands to make it perfect.

This is a good concept, but unfortunately the suction doesn't hold. The holder falls off periodically, in spite of following the insteuctions for installation. Other suction items (i.e. soap holder) stay without issue, but not this one.

It was easy to mount and to remove. I have never used a suction cup mount that held this securely, very strong hold. It works perfectly for my purpose. Wife has knee replacement and needs to use a seat for showering. With this she can place the shower head at the height she needs to reach it. It has the Moen name on box and is very high quality. Worth the price. Would buy again, but this looks like it should last a long time.

I bought this as it looked more sturdy than the other ones. While not a beautiful work of art it does the job very well. Basically, just dampen the suction cup, place where you want it, and pull the lever/handle down to secure. Just make sure it has enough flat space to cover the suction cup. I put mine up a couple months ago and hasn't moved any. This is a great product to use for a dual shower head. The holder for the dual shower heads are high and not idea for those that are height challenged like my wife and two kids. This allows the spray at a kid level. Also, for my wife she doesn't have to try and reach and grab the second one with a step stool as it is easy to grab. My kids hated showers till we got this. Now my two little ones can both have the water hitting them from the high shower and the second showerhead that is mounted (one towards the front and one towards the back). Life's little pleasures!!!

I have white tiles and this product did NOT at all work. I'm so disappointed as I thought since it's a Moen brand, the same brand as my handheld shower, that it would work together perfectly. I tried using it both on completely dry and slightly wet surface - either way, it did not work. It wouldn't even stay on the wall by itself without the handheld shower weighing it down. It always dropped by itself. The suction is terrible. This was a waste of money. I don't recommend it at all.
