Sealed package, containted only ONE o-ring! the biggest one (and the single use of silicone lube)Supposed to come with 3 O-rings. Even said so right on the package label.

I received 2 large and 2 small seals, I was able to use 1 of each the other two are the wrong size, in the photo, it shows my installation book that came with the faucet, the two lower seals are the old ones the upper seals are the replacements

Wish I knew that this came with plumber's grease before I ordered my own. Oh well. Works as expected and includes a bit of plumber's grease. (Enough for the job).

This was the correct o-ring kit for my Moen kitchen faucet. The leak has ceased since installing the new o-ring.
