My daughter wore these all winter and loved them. She says they are warm and very waterproof. The size is loose enough to wear over jeans or thick pants. She found them really comfortable for the walk top and from school as well.

These fleece lined snow pants are really warm and comfortable. They are comfortable even in the coolest temps. I live up north, and the fleece in the pants is so comfortable and warm. There is a great amount of insulation to keep you comfy. The outer pants are water resistant. It has a comfortable adjustable waist. They are perfectly sized and fit just as described.The zipper is a solid good zipper, it zips and unzips with ease. This is a true black color with silver reflective strips.

These pants are great. They seem to be durable and made of good quality material as they have a nice weight and thickness. These are nicely insulated and great style. They keep him warm and are very comfortable. I definitely recommend these pants.
