They are set at the softest setting and they are still hard. I’m hoping that in a few hundred miles they soften. If not I will like a return and refund. Thanks

YES, BUY THEM, but please read this first. I needed to replace stock shocks, & a lower than stock rear ride height desired, if possible. Much research, found Mofun 11.75's indicated they do just that. BE SURE YOU ORDER THE CORRECT SHOCKS FOR THE BIKE. Both advertisements/listings for the sportsters & the touring models appear identical, so be absolutely certain you read & find your application before clicking! Only thing that I could think of after reading reviews was saying that shocks would not support weight of the touring models. Now the facts & findings: Lowered just over 1'' measuring bike in stand, straight up before & after. Measurements taken exact same locations rear bag & muffler brackets both L&R sides & third measurement @ bottom edge of rear fender. I read a few negative reviews regarding the actual ride/shock performance and expected for them to perform poorly. I started out setting the coil spring preload in the middle, took short ride; upon hitting small bumps & dips would hear hard pop occasionally. Shock is plenty stiff at this setting and easily determined the noise was hydraulic dampening of the shock was topping out. I stopped and dropped the spring preload (both of course) to the minimum setting as indicated in attached pics. Bike road much different, noise gone & a much softer ride with no topping or bottoming out. I weigh 215lbs, ride solo 99% of the time, but may try next setting up (increase preload one notch) once I have taken bike for a good long road test. Yes, I have my own shock adjustment wrench, as it is much easier to work with. Because of price/quality, best bang for the buck$ I recommend Mofun shocks for the budget minded.

These shocks performed perfectly and at a reasonable price, plus the delivery time was a plus. The shocks lowered my Harley Davidson bagger to a comfortable height and still supported the weight of the motorcycle.

Replaced air shocks on my 98 flhtci that I installed a Frankenstein Trike kit. Quality seems good, but the included adjustment wrench was just a weak stamped steel. It folded on first try.

I have tied these for tjhe summer but not impressed with performance. The tool that came with it to adjust doesn't work. The shock is stiff even on the lowest setting I was not able to get it to ride smoothly

Fit perfectly on my "02" Road King... lowered my bike about an inch and a half on the lowest setting... Nice comfortable stance and ride and I'm surrounded by crappie backcountry roads... An excellent and affordable alternative to overpriced big name shocks... Oh yah, mine DID come with the spanner wrench to adjust them AS PICTURED!!!
