Nice heavy duty rack. I installed it on a 2024 KLX 300 and everything lined up perfectly. Initially the rack was resting on the fender, so I just picked up a couple more spacers from tractor supply and it sat just high enough to get a bungee cord through. I would recommend this product to anyone that’s considering this type of rack. Just as good as the racks that are twice the price.

Easy install, everything lined up perfectly. Rack is welded nice and finish on the rack looks very nice. Just a good as the more expensive racks for about half the price. All hardware was included as well as directions.

The rack is pretty nice. Albeit a little heavy. Mine came with a burr on the flat metal plate that should have been deburred before painting. The installation was a little iffy. It's hard to tell in my images but the small tubes on the rack where the seat is, have been welded on slightly misaligned. I couldn't get the included bolts to thread in and had to chase the nuts welded on the frame to add a little play so the bolts would start to thread on. Not perfect but did the job in the end. The included bolt hardware while functionally fine is not on par with the original bolt hardware. They are not flanged bolts and require washers and such that are easy to lose if you had to repair something in the field. For the money, I expected these sorts of issues so I'm not gonna knock it too hard. It's a solid 4 for me. Good job providing a cheap alternative. With better bolt hardware and a little tweaking on your welding jig, it would be a 5 for sure.

Been looking for a rack for my DR200S for quite awhile. Dimensions on this are perfect with minor easy modifications. The connecting bars need to be bent downward a couple of inches and mounting bolts need to be provided that match Suzuki's bolt and thread size. Also a 1/2" to 5/8" spacer between fender and rack at fender mounting point. Fits and looks great, very sturdy. Mounted a Givi top box to the rack using the provided holes on the rack, no additional drilling to mount the box attachment plate.

I wanted to like this rack. The welding looked good, it seemed sturdy, and the powder coating was even and solid. But it doesn't fit on the motorcycle. The front mounting points on the rack are not straight, so they won't line up with the mounting points on the motorcycle. So the rack is useless.
