Main Features
POE-F062F is an unmanaged PoE switch with 6 × 10/100Mbps PoE ports. It provides 6 × 10/100Mbps PoE ports and 2 × 10/100Mbps uplink ports. The product is equipped with two types of transmission modes (Default Mode / Extend Mode). By enabling extend mode, the transmission distance of a PoE port can be up to 250m and port 1-6 isolated with each other. The maximum power consumption is 78W.
With simple and convenient installation and maintenance methods and rich business features, it helps users to build a safe and reliable high-performance network. It is mainly located in the edge or convergence layer of user networks such as industrial parks, buildings, factories and mines, government agencies, and residential broadband. it can be widely used in ethernet access scenarios such as small and medium-sized enterprises, Internet cafes, hotels, and schools.

Smart PoE+
Compatible with IEEE802.3af/at standard, PoE switch determines and delivers the exact power supply to your devices. Supports ultra wide power supply, able to adapt to IPC power fluctuation.
Link Extention to 250m
By dialing or enabling extend mode on the front panel, the transmission distance of a PoE port can be up to 250m, meeting the requirement of wired transmission (bandwidth reduced to 10 Mbps).
Port-based VLAN
When you enable the extend mode with DIP switch, switch divides traffic for ports 1-6 to prevent IP camera's muliticast or broadcast storm from affecting each other.
Plug and Play
8 port PoE switch support installation plug and play. No configuring is required. Auto MDI/MDI-X crossover on all ports eliminate the need for crossover cables or uplink ports. Auto-negotiation on each port senses the link speed of a network device and intelligently adjusts for compatibility and optimal performance.

Fanless & Silent Operation

It works well so far with 4 x 15 watt cameras attached. I will probably not get close to the max wattage, since my cameras are 15 watt or below. I don't dig the super bright led used on it, but the built-in power supply is nice to keep things neater. I have not tested the 10 Mbps mode that allows you to increase the length of cable to 250 meters.

The product is little more than trash. It began failing about 90 days after employment. It is inexpensive, but not a compliment to any infrastructure.

Works great for 4k PoE surveillance cameras. Needed a cheap but solid POE connection for opposite side of house to connect a few surveillance cameras and other PoE gadgets. This is affordable and gets it done. Plugged it in and jammed it in the server closest and it's been running no issues ever since.

I have a few POE access points around the house plugged into an older net gear switch with a noisy fan. I wanted to move the switch into the bedroom so needed a silent switch. This was perfect! From opening the box to having whole house Wi-Fi again took seconds!Not a brand I’ve heard of before but after a bit of research I thought I’d give it a go and I wasn’t disappointed. Much cheaper that some of the big names and works just as well.

Bought this to run some access points around the house. Simply plug and play. I’ve moved it to various locations but it now sits in the loft. The access points have never stopped working and this unit has been running continuously without ever turning off. Excellent piece of kit.

I have had this switch in use for a couple of months, running a home security camera network. The switch easily provides enough power to run 8-9 PoE cameras, of which one is a PTZ. The performance has been solid with no switch related outages, and it maintains the bandwidth well. Granted, my setup does not max out the stated 100 Mbps bandwidth (I am observing a 60 Mbps constant throughput), but in my application it is 100% solid. I wanted a fanless design to keep my network corner quiet, and this switch is perfect for that. I think that I would buy another one of these if I needed to add more cameras instead of buying a larger port count switch with a fan.Having two non-PoE uplink ports is very helpful, this way I was able to run one uplink to the router to use DHCP for the cameras VLAN, and the other uplink to the dual NIC PC that runs Blue Iris, without having to take up a PoE port for that. This way there is zero camera traffic on the LAN, and the cameras can be easily isolated from calling home or being accessed from the outside.100 Mbps is totally adequate for camera use for this port count, there is no need for a gigabit switch for this purpose.

Whole house is kat5 wired in the attic. Every switche finally failed from the summer heat. The higher temperature rating (55c) should keep all my wired connections online.
