The worked as intended. I think the few people that left reviews about them breaking made the same mistake I did. Did a 3 hole oil change on my 2019 harley flsl and both oil and trans plugs are torqued down to Foot pounds. Well I just assumed the derby cover was the same and I saw 25 to 35 foot pounds and torqued it to that Breaking an oem screw. Well it was inch pounds not foot pounds. 25 to 35 inch pounds is roughly equivalent to 8 foot pounds soo of course a screw is gonna break if you torque it down 3x it's recommended level. 25-35 INCH POUNDS is not much more than hand tight. As long as you hand tighten them snug it should be plenty enough.
