I bought a shoulder bolt for the top mount. Get the bottom of bar on first and leave it loose. It’s close quarters but start the top bolt in the frame hole and lift up on the guard and get it started with fingers and then tighten it all the way down. Then tighten bottom nuts up. Pretty easy install. Packaged good and shipped fast. The rubber footrest are good and tight, even though others have said they were loose and useless, I have had no problems with them or with the included hardware, other than replacing the included top mounting bolt with a shoulder bolt. It came with an Allen head bolt and it would probably be hell to install if used.

They look nice coming out of the package didn’t not install very well not sure if they would even do anything. If the bike fell over look out where you’ll be happy you did.

Used on a 2014 harley fat bob.. fit and finish was fine. Had to cut and painted the u-bolts as everything else was black

Looks good on the bike, except for the bottom mounting hardware. I had to cut the studs short, but that was expected for a part like this. But the lock nuts sent with it, leave an unfinished look to it. Details count on a bike!!!!! So I bought stainless steel acorn nuts to help give a finished look. But again, overall its good looking out of the box. And God willing, I will not have to test for strength.

Ez install , tapped the bolt hole to 3/8 - 16 , easier to tighten with a wrench.

Took maybe 15 mins to install initially and another 10 to make adjustments after a ride.Theres a whole lot of torque on that top screw to where it literally prys a bit from being flush once you suck in the 4 bottom screws.Basically the mounts on the bottom of the bars need to be bent back more to relieve the torque.... Ill get around to it with a vice one day...Other than fitment it seems to be very good quality and the paint is nice too. Grips look durable as well.Maybe just work on quality control for that extra star:) thx2015 FXDF

Bar was made decent but I guess the going trend is to not put any directions with the itemsSending in back. Seems to be made for dynamic street bob

Went on fairly easily. Put it on loosely until all bolts and nuts are started, then tighten then a little at a time to make the bar sit level. It's universal fit so a little adjustment may be necessary. Looks good though.

Goes on in 15 min even with bigger hands just need a 1/4 drive Alan head socket and it’s quick work seems sturdy and came fast shipping was the only down fall box was smashed and the bars are slightly bent forward on the right hand side but I’ll probably be the only one to notice not bad for the price

i was riding my 2007 street bob down my dirt road on my way home. my niegbor had filled some deep rut the garbage truck had left with sand and then put some gravel on top. the ruts were about a foot deep. i hit on at 25-30 and down i went. I slid 30 ft down the road crash bar took all the damage the rest of my bike not a scratch. The bars didn't bend od give way. i was very impressed.
