I got this because I needed a mounting bracket for a switch that I already had for our fifth-wheel RV's main jacks. I figured I'd use the bracket and put the switch in my "Might Need it Someday" collection. Unfortunately, the bracket's rectangular hole is a little too large to hold a standard panel switch snugly. The bracket is very sturdy steel, measuring about 0.080 inches thick.
