I am a big fan of stockings, legwear, and hosiery, collecting and wearing everything from vintage 50's style full-fashioned hose to everyday pantyhose, enjoying all sorts of variations in style, color, and fiber content. I ordered these because the Amazon page states that they "practically stick to your skin," and that, "You might be able to get away without a garter belt with these stockings." Since I prefer welted stockings, pairing them with a garter belt for style & sexiness, and thigh highs (stockings with a rubberized or latex band at the top to keep them in place) for everyday convenience, I wanted to review these.Unlike stockings, there is no welt (a double-thickness band at the top, providing reinforcement to the garter belt clips), nor is there an elasticized band with rubber or silicone-ized band at the top like those found on thigh highs. Interestingly enough, the entire stocking, from toe to top feels like it has a lightly sticky, silicone-like coating on the inside; it literally "sticks" to your entire leg.The product claim that one may be able to get away without wearing a garter belt would probably be true for a person with shorter legs and smaller feet than mine. My legs are 32" (inseam measurement) and I have size 10 feet; the top of the stocking comes to within about 4-5" of the top of my thigh (about like the photo of the model on the Amazon page). If it came all the way to the top, totally cresting the curviest part of my thigh (which it would for someone with smaller feet/shorter legs), I think it would, indeed, stay up without needing a garter belt. However, for my legs, these stockings had a tendency to roll downward as I walked or flexed my legs, especially if I squatted-down, and would stop rolling about 3" above my knees and stay in place (See photo).Appearance wise, they have a shimmery, oily lustre and a lightly reinforced toe (see photos). Also, when putting them on, if I wasn't careful to evenly stretch them as I was pulling them up, distinct "bands" of lightness and darkness could be seen.Though these stockings are unique in construction, the knitting of the fabric is flawless and well-made. I only removed two stars because the price seems high, $11.99/pair (price at the time of review), they didn't stay up to my satisfaction without a garter belt, and I'm not a big fan of the shiny/oily look.

Wife got these for bedroom play so no real need to keep them up but these are really perfect for that use. Can't really use these with garters but these look great on and are comfortable. Not real seam or border up top, they're really more like a long pair of socks.

Very nice shear stockings. They feel good and fit great, snug but not tight throughout. The material, although smooth, has a little bit of a sticky feel to it. It is kind of hard to describe as it does not stick to itself but there is enough tackiness that it is going to hold extremely well to the skin. It doesn’t need that silicon behind a lace top. The material is throughout so you get hold everywhere with no slip from the top.They look good also, with an even look from top to bottom, and no bunching at the knee. Unique anti slipOverall, they executed beautifully on these simple no slip stockings.

Please note: This is a cross-dresser's review, please move on if not to your comfort level.With the proliferation of thigh-high stockings and 'stay-ups', it's getting more difficult to find stockings to use with a garter belt. As a cross-dresser, my most feminine feature is my legs, and I love them to look and feel nice in sheer pantyhose and stockings. I actually prefer wearing pantyhose, but a garter belt and stockings is a great change of pace, and also very fun for a layered look. I was excited to see this brand in my feed, and jumped at the chance to order a pair after checking the description to assess whether or not they might fit. They sizing is XL/Tall and they're described as being very stretchy, being knit from a blend of nylon and spandex.There are a couple of product claims that I would take with a grain of salt: 1) They are listed as being 3 denier, which is about the sheerest, lowest value I've ever seen. 2) The ad says that their stay-up capability is exceptional and that you may be able to wear them without garters. I'm VERY skeptical about the latter claim. Read on, I'll cover this in a minute.When you remove them from the bag, they will seem to be small and sheer -- actually a good thing! We want sheer stockings! I carefully put my hand into the stocking to assess the sheerness and stretch, and was very impressed with both! So I slipped one onto my leg, at first being a bit concerned about how snug it felt on my large male foot. But I continued to pull it up the leg and it continued to stretch. Tight, but not 'it's gonna split' tight... Hurray! I was able to pull it up my leg to almost the exact position it's seen in the ad page with the slim model shown. Given my large feet and heavier legs, I was delighted! But the reality is, I had to hold the top in that position. It wouldn't stay there by itself and immediately began to roll down. So in my case, at least, that garter belt will be necessary. And that's cool - garter belts & stockings are very sexy!These are absolutely sheer from toe to top. One concern is, there's not a 'welt' at the top to attach a garter to, and I'm wondering if this will result in a weak spot for failure. I loved the snug feeling, the relative slickness and the little bit of a sheen that it added to my leg as I admired the appearance. I'm sure that anyone who admires or touches my leg while wearing these will be similarly pleased!So it's time to break out my garter belt and enjoy the exotic look and feel of very sheer nylon stockings!I'm loving these and hope that they prove to be reasonably durable!
