You'll have to cut the old one off, then beat this one like the wife is gone for the weekend. I chose to lightly grind the leading edge and apply some oil to the inner sleeve to help the install. It was much easier than doing the passenger side without grinding or using oil.

Not easy to replace but lifted the Jeep and had to replace to adjust to the new angle.. had to cut the hold one off.. no way to pull it or press it out.
