Unique integral dust boot means no pinching of the rubber boot when in operation. Grease fitting is always a plus. Moog never disappoints

Great product! Easy to install and love the new design with the dust boot. Tip, install the grease zirk before installing the actual balljoint so that it ends up where you want it for ease of greasing later.

The Moog ball joint was a bugger to install, but then replacing a ball joint is a pain for any make. The Moog is built much better than the original that came on my 2006 Nissan Pathfinder. It should be the last ball joint that I will need to install.

Love the zerk fitting and how the boot is concealed into the ball joint which isn't shown in the photo. When I pressed the joint it did not fit exactly like the stock joint.

I have had very few issues with Amazon over the years. And have always been able to resolve them. This particular product I've ordered twice for my vehicle (along with replacement brakes, pads, bearings, shackles and shocks... all from amazon and all at the same time). I have a vehicle that needs maintenance waiting. Knowing it makes no sense to pull the entire front end of my truck apart twice, I waited and waited... about three weeks. All of the parts I ordered are here, with the exception of the ball joints. After patiently waiting, I look further into the invoice, and at the bottom it shows a refund for the product. ?!? I didn't request a refund... Sure enough, in my list of amazon emails (in an account I rarely check), there is also an email notifying me of a refund for the product (that I didn't ask for or authorize). Not a notification why it would have been refunded or why the product didn't ship fully knowing that right on the page it states that the product is available for purchase.So... I figured it was a fluke. Amazon always comes through for me. I ordered the product again, check out with out problem, and expect it within a week or so like all of my purchases. My poor truck needs some ball joints! This time I pay attention. It is refunded within a couple days. Now I'm pissed (where I live there isn't an option of just running to an auto store, USPS and online shopping are my main source for products). I talk to an amazon rep online. Show them the most recent order... their response was "the product was damaged during shipment..." (And you didn't send another!? or notify me of this?). So I ask about the first order 45 days prior and I get this response (same person) "...some items just can not be shipped..." I respond, "So I should not buy this item from Amazon, I should purchase somewhere else online." Their response, "That is correct."Well, that's as confusing at it gets. And that's how I feel...confused. And I have a vehicle being neglected because policy in this particular case is "...oh maybe he'll just forget about it." Geez, Amazon. If you didn't want my business you probably shouldn't have allowed me to buy it in the first place!! Now I've wasted a ton of time on something I shouldn't have.ON the other Hand... MOOG makes great ball joints, and I wouldn't purchase anything else for my vehicle. And in your case, I hope if you order them, you actually get them. I'll be purchasing most of not all of my vehicles products from somewhere else in the future.
