nice to the hand, good grab that comes with the handle, smashing doesn't feel like you were going to smash in game. but its a good practice in home without breaking your racket

The “trainer” weighs 97 and 103 grams with a grip installed, placing it on the heavier side (1U) of badminton racquets. Despite its weight, it is ideal for training. Without the grip, the handle is made of hard plastic, which makes it slippery and challenging to install the grip. To secure the grip, I need to let it overhang the end of the handle. Overall, it is a great product for practicing.
