Good part. Little lighter than OEM, but looks almost exactly the same. Seals great.

Item was received 14 days after placing the order. No heartburn there, because the transit time was stated accurately. The item was advertised as new, but arrived in a torn-open plastic bag with no labelling. The radiator cap appears to be unused and matches the picture in the listing. It's disconcerting that it wasn't in untampered OEM packaging.

Fits perfectly of course. It's so much better than aftermarket. The steel that forms the cap is thicker and sturdier and the flanges that hold the cap to the radiator are larger. Spend the money and get OEM.

I have had hot running cars (Chrysler & Jeeps) and repair shops have tried to sell me everything from new radiators to fans and everything in-between. Do yourself a favor and change the radiator cap first with the right cap. Chrysler/Jeep/ Dodge products are real wierd about using aftermarket radiator caps. I know they are cheaper at the parts store, but your car will run right with the right radiator cap. So if its running a bit hotter, get a genuine MOPAR radiator cap and put it on the radiator. Its more costly, yes, but its the right cap for your Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge. It solved all my hot-running issues.

Works as expect and seems to maybe even keep the temperature better than the 20 year of original cap I replaced with it on a tj 2001
