Our Mora Story
We are Jerry and Alix, a busy husband and wife who wanted to spend more time together. Jerry is a Chemical Engineer and research enthusiast who is now a ceramic expert. Alix is an artist, Chinese interpreter, and coffee lover who deals with anxiety and came up with the Hit Pause method. We spent months researching the right glaze, clay material, shape, and functionality. During our design process, we combined the beauty of handcrafted products with functionality. We hope you enjoy our creation.

I ordered the salad & dinner plates, and the dessert and regular sized bowls, in the mixed color choice. They all arrived packaged extremely well, with a solid heft and looking so beautiful! They are definitely quality made pieces, and everyone who I show them to loves the shape, size, and especially the mix of colors. I usually pick all white plates and bowls, and I really love that I chose the mixed colors of this set instead of my usual. On top of the looks and quality, the price was so much more reasonable than you would think from looking at or touching the pieces. Highly recommend!!

I rarely buy new dishes, we have cement floors and cats (they love to knock things off the counter). I saw these on Pinterest, I was surprised how affordable they were and I loved the style and colors. They are sturdy, I don't think the cats will be able to knock them off :) I will be buying more pieces. Love these.

I bought the multi colored plates. Packaged securely. Very nice sturdy, easy to clean, I purchased both the large and smaller plates. Like them both. You can put them in the microwave and the oven but I didn’t see temperature for the oven.They look good on my table.

Love love love these plates! They're beautifu, solid, and stack so nicely in the cabinet. They do require a bit of extra spacing in the dishwasher because of how they fit together. Very happy with these plates and have ordered the matching bowls!

Fisrst, I’m gonna jump way ahead and say I can absolutely see why these were consistently out of stock. Amazing color and finish. Now, on to the important stuff… these arrived VERY well packaged. I’d seen a few reviews mentioning that theirs had arrived broken; but by the way they’re packaged it would seem there had to be some severe mishandling (during transport?) for that to happen. They seem/appear fragile, but so far we’ve not managed to chip or break any of them - and they’re definitely surviving the dishwasher without issue as well. The glaze/coating cleans up very easily when hand-washed (yea I’m one of those that pre-washes before the dishwasher) and they stack well in the cabinets.In summary: arrived in perfect condition, have not had any break/crack/chip from use in the microwave or dishwasher, clean up easily, stack in the cabinets well, and will absolutely buy more products from them in the future.
