More of Me to Love Tummy Liners promote comfort by providing a soft, perspiration-absorbing layer that helps eliminate the dampness that usually comes with sweat. They’re simple and versatile enough to use and are held discreetly in place by the tummy fold.
What Size Do I Need?
Measure
Measure along the waist and under the tummy fold, starting at one side of the tummy apron and going to the other side. This may be between about a third and a half of your pants waistband size.
Match
After measuring the distance from one side of your tummy folder to the other beneath the tummy apron, find the corresponding size in our sizing chart.
It's best to round down for a more comfortable fit.

Machine washable for convenient cleaning, these durable cotton tummy liners are great for regular usage. Air dry to maintain maximum absorbency.

If you get rashes under an apron belly, this definitely helps to keep it dryer and from rubbing!!

I didn’t know I needed these comfort strips until I developed an infection from working out and my fat rolls were rubbing together and getting sweaty. I have since dropped enough pounds that I don’t need them anymore, but they were very helpful during and after my infection care.

I am so relieved that I don't have to use powder and fungal cream. It keeps it dry even when I am busy and sweating. I hated feeling the sweat under my fold. I did add 3/8" elastic to hold it in place better. I wash them in a zipper mesh bag and when done, I flaten the fabric, then loop the elastic around something so they can air dry. The bag just helps to keep them from getting all tangled up in other items. As to sizing, I ordered small and this was just right for me being between size 12 and 14 pants. I've read about others not liking the productcare instructions being silk screened into the product. I just put the item on so that it faces outward. I have forgotten a few times and I haven't found it to feel any different. This is my 2nd order. I purchased 3 to start and see if they really worked. I liked them so much, I ordered 3 more.

So big it flops down, even folding does not help. Wraps around way to far on the sides.

So, I love these for under my apron belly, but you definitely need to measure carefully before you order. I normally wear a 3x, but my belly hangs over in the middle way more than toward my hips. I ordered an XXL initially, and it works ok, but the ends didn't stay in place that well . I ended up buying a small after measuring just the section of my belly that fully folds over and it was much more comfortable for me. But other than sizing, it does what it's supposed to do!

I do really like this product but the small is so big!!!! I'm a women's size 22 and it's a little bit wider than me. And the width sticks out of my stomach. I still use it, but it would be so much better if it fit better.

I used the measurements list and purchased a small ( I am 5 4 and 215 pounds). My "spare tire" apparently doesn't hang over enough to keep this in place and I keeps falling out. It could be cut in half length wise perhaps to stay tucked under better perhaps.

All three of these liners have the name of the product, size, and care instructions. and that it was manufactured in China, printed in a silver paint on one side. Since I don't know what the ingredients are in the paint, I washed one of the liners hoping that the paint would wash out. No so. Paint or even ink is not something I want against my skin. This information was not included in the description of the product. In addition, after the liner dried, it looked grey. I opened the seam and found an unwoven type of fabric inside, that is grey in color. I'm not sure that this is cotton. I, personally am not comfortable using this product. I have bought another brand of tummy liners and in my opinion are better suited for this type of use, for me, based on the above information.
