This piano was a gift to my son who is taking piano lessons. This digital piano has excellent sound. The keys are weighted which is an upgrade from the previous keyboard we had. This is an excellent option for beginners or players with experience. It does not feel cheap and is great quality.

My daughter is just learning to play and get acquainted with piano playing this is a great piano for experienced to beginners! Definitely recommend. One the keys did come damaged and is lower than the rest but nothing we can't live with for now!

Unpackaged it and 35 keys were stuck up or down. Upon looking at it they were stuck on each other and some could be fixed but not all. Also the plastic under the keys that moves up and down were warped in the position so even after fixing them the potential to get stuck was still there.

The piano works great. Only 2 comments. The volume is very loud. The lowest setting is very loud. The other thing is the weighted keys don’t feel as weighted as some of the slightly more expensive Yamaha or Casio pianos but they still feel pretty good.

The sustain pedal can be flaky sometimes, but they sent a replacement one! Great looking piano, sounds amazing, and has a lot of sounds.

We got this piano because my daughters piano teacher suggested we get a piano for home also. When it arrived, my teen daughter put the piano together all by herself. The entire family has started to play songs on it. It has so many options of song, volume, instrument, etc. It is longer than I had expected because we had a keyboard which had fewer keys. It is also weighted so you can play softly or loudly. We have been playing Free Falling, the theme song from Harry Potter, Hallelujah, etc. We have been enjoying it very much.

The piano came and sounds just like a real piano. It has like has all the pedals like a real piano and has more ports on the back than I know what to do with. It has the ability to make different levels of sounds depending on how hard you press the key, and it has a nice wood looking finish. Also very easy to set up.
