These are great for camping and hiking. I recommend that you use them with a boonie type hat that has a brim all the way around. Also great to store in the glove box you never know when you're going to have to go somewhere in the mosquitoes are going to be out in force. Nothing more annoying than mosquitoes landing on your head or your ear or your nose. These pack up and a little bags with lanyards.

This two pack of mosquito and bug netting is large and roomy. It fits well over a hat and is actually much better when used with a hat to keep the mesh away from your skin. Very long and hangs down to around your shoulders. Great at keeping the mosquitos, gnats and no-see-ums off of your face. I also use it when I am digging around where I know yellow jackets are nesting.... nothing worse than accidentally disturbing those jerks. I am going to try this while mowing around an area I have been avoiding that has a nest of bald faced hornets. I have a bee suit, but the visibility is limited with that headgear and this would work much better. If you read in the news of an untimely death from an attack of bald faced hornets on someone's face, then you know that this mosquito mesh does not work. Cute little bags to store them in... looks like sleeping bags for mice.

Gumkeg Mosquito Head Net for Insects, 2 Pack, Premium Bug Net for Head, Fly & Bug Protection | Ultra Large & Long, Finest Holes for Camping, Hiking, Fishing, Gardening, Fits All Hats for Men & Women.I was concerned I had received only one Mosquito net, because the tiny vacuum sealed bag did not say there were two nets inside, all the writing implied there was only one. However there were two nets inside so I quickly was able to dial down my getting pre-angry.I have lots of Mosquito nets, but even though they all claim to fit over large brimmed hats they don't. These Mosquito nets DO fit over a large hat with a wide 360 degree brim and still has plenty of drape to go all the way down your neck.Thank you for reading my review and looking at my photos of this product. I hope you found it helpful!REVIEW PHILOSOPHY: I only review a product if it is something I am capable of critically evaluating through comparison, testing and use. This means I have experience of using similar items; or that I have equipment or tools that I can test it with; or that I have an upcoming need so I can actually use. I am as selective about getting an item to review as I would be about purchasing that same item, so yes, I expect it to be a good product. My reviews are NOT based on packaging or if it was delivered timely.

These gumkeg Mosquito Head Nets for Insects are absolutely fantastic when trekking though nature. One of the biggest problems with nature of course is all the natural inhabitants, such as insects, and particularly the biting ones. But almost every problem is solvable with some application of ingenuity and/or technology, and these very fine insect nets seem to fall a bit into each category. (The technology is the manufacturing process, for if they needed to be hand made then perhaps only royalty would have them.) They fit over many hats to provide a nearly invisible buffer around one's head, and it's a already good idea to wear a hat anyway to protect your skin from the sun. And for our arms and legs, we have bug spray.

I was a little concerned that this would not fit over a sun hat that has a brim all the way around, but it does. The net seems of decent quality, and while there was a faint odor when it first came out of the vacuum pack, it seems to have dissipated now that it's been open for a week or so.These met my expectations and are a great value. Five Stars

The two head nets arrive vacuum-packed, and initially look like just one net. But not to worry – there are two nets in the vacuum-sealed bag. The nets are made of fine netting with very small holes to keep out even the really tiny bugs. They fit perfectly over a standard Boonie hat that sports a 2.5-in brim, and can be stretched over a hat with a 3-in brim. The drawstring at the bottom is made of thin shock cord and comes with its own little cord lock. The netting is well-stitched with a hemmed seam to prevent unraveling. Even the two little stuff sacks that come with the head nets are well stitched.

I have HUGE red and black raspberry patches. I have six 60 foot rows of strawberries.Sometimes you go berry picking and the mosquitoes just about drive you insane. I cant stand that bug spray or the smell of it. I got these mosquito masks so I can go berry picking and not have them all around my face. This would make a nice gift for anyone you know that likes to garden. You can stay out longer since you are not getting bit up by mosquito's or other flying pests.

The Gumkeg Mosquito Head Net, is exactly what I needed to replace an older one that wasn't as effective as it could have been. The difference is the MUCH smaller holes in the mesh that really helps to keep those critters out! With the old one that I had, every once in awhile I'd get bit through the larger holes while I was wearing it. That problem is now history with the Gumkeg Mosquito Head Net. I have a big head, and it was able to cover even that. You get two head nets in this kit along with two small carrying bags. I like the cinch cord at the bottom which really helps to seal bugs out. Highly recommended.
