Honestly, I bought this item because it seemed practical and it was SO PRETTY! It fits quite comfortably. Seemed a much better choice than purchasing those coiled disposable bracelets, where the insecticide comes in direct contact with your skin. I cannot say that it works very well because I haven't given it much of a test. I purchased this last Summer and it was simply not an horrific season with regard to skeeters. But, I shall try this Summer and will see what happens.

I struggle with mosquitoes! I had my doubts at first, but this bracelet worked far better than I expected! I still use multiple forms of mosquito-protection, but this is definitely one of the better options

I got this to wear while sitting outside in the summer. I did not find this effective at all. The design is nice and it was comfortable to wear.

Wore this while on vacation in the Caribbean, it felt like it worked in the reverse it attracted mosquitoes to me. The bracelet content was penetrating my skin felt warm in the area and the left a smell. Took it off after couple hours

So I have been testing this bracelet out on the pickleball courts at night when the mosquitos are buzzin. It’s a unique bangle with a compartment to hold the included essential oil pads. The cover is magnetic and stays on strong. There are vents under the compartment that worried me at first. I thought that I’d get a skin reaction to the oils in the pads. Nope. All is good and from the last few weeks of testing, I haven’t once been bitten by mosquitos on the courts. I’d say this deserves 5+ stars. There’s also advice in the instructions to keep the bracelet in a ziplock/closed bag to preserve the oils and extend the life of the pads. I’ve been doing that after every use an am still on the first pad…after 2 months. Love this.

Such a stylish little gem. My crew had no idea what this new bracelet was. A couple of guys told me to take my bracelet off so I wouldn't ruin it. At that point I began to explain the purpose of this bracelet. They laughed at me so I let them smell it. Smells great but what's it for? It repels mosquitos, I said. We work near or in the woods a lot and around water all the time. I am constantly getting mosquito bites on my neck, face and upper arms. I spray an organic citrus from the waist down to keep the ticks off. I am also applying sunscreen throughout the day. I don't like mixing sunscreen and a repellent. I also get a sore throat from smelling a bug repellent with deet in it. I thought ... give this bracelet a try. I have not been disappointed. No mosquito bites anywhere on my upper body so far. Very easy to stretch the closure open and my wrist slides right in. Fits perfect and I have small wrists as a 62 year old female. This bracelet is so comfortable I don't even know I am wearing it until a piece of equipment hits in. I have bumped this into a mower or trimmer, for example, several times and not damaged it. No cracks in the lid, the lid did not come flying off. My 10 year old neighbor saw it yesterday, asked me if it was a mood bracelet - like the mood rings from the 80s? I told him no, explained the bracelet. He asked if he could see it. Slipped it on and told me he loves the smell. Extremely easy to pop the lid off to load your little sponge filled with essential oils. It has a slight pull of a magnetic as you place the lid back. This item comes with 6 individually packaged repellent sponges. I keep everything in the box it came in, nicely packaged. Approximately $20 - money well spent for me! 5 stars

Bought 2 of these and one tye plastic cover kept falling and second one bracelet cracked and fell apart.Cheap. I don't recommend.
