I bought this lever to put on my 1983 Yamaha XT250. The part of the lever that slides into the bracket on the clutch lever assembly is too thick. The OEM lever is slightly thinner and has a taper. This one is too thick so not as advertised.

I ordered this for my 85 XT350. The listing said it would fit, and it did...kindof. The lever is too thick for the housing so I had to grind down the lever where the pivot screw goes in so it would fit. Then the part of the lever where the screw goes in is too wide, so I had to grind down the side of it so it would line up directly with the screw hole. It works, just takes a little work.
