Same with the vacuum fuel pump I purchased …the fuel line nipple size was 1/4” and bigger than the factory fuel lines. They would go on with persuasion but I replaced all my fuel lines anyway so it wasn’t a big deal for me. That’s my only complaint other than that works great on my 88 king quad 300 to replace the pain in the ass vacuum one they had stock.

Works perfectly on a 1998 Suzuki Quad Runner. I wanted a basic manual petcock with the outlet facing the correct direction. This one, although twice what others were was the only one that filled both those requirements. Hopefully it will last.

Easy to swap in and out as long as the fuel is drained. I didn’t see any leaks.

I ordered this to replace the original petcock on my 1996 King Quad 300 ..I wanted to get rid of the vacuum feature on the original .. This fit exactly like the original ... This one does not have the PRI setting on it .. It is just on off and reserve .. I just had to block off one of the vacuum ports on the carburetor . . Works great .
