These worked great in my 2004 F150 XLT perfectly. Don't waste your time with the aluminum ends. The chances are high that they will create binding issues to some degree. My factory cables lasted 20 years. No need to believe these will not last the remainder of the lifespan of this truck.

The white end has to be ground down square to fit the upper side to make it fit
