My project car came with the wrong oil cap installed, so I ordered this one to replace it. Arrived quickly and appears to be a direct factory replacement. Screws on easily and tightens up as it should, with no leakage. Great quality for the price, pleased with the way it looks and performs.

Threads don't seem very thick but it screws on and keeps the oil from blowing out of valve cover. Perfect good price good part.

Fits 1995 Chevy truck with 5.7L just fine. Word of caution though, never tighten until it clicks. This will wreck it. I broke the internal tabs on my last one by tightening to the first click. It’s fine on a new cap, but after years of heat they get brittle and you will break it. Just tighten until snug and it’ll last a long time.
