Fit exactly and worked with no problems. I put this on a 1992 Ford F150 4X4 with the E4OD transmission, this is only for transmissions with the extended depth Transmission pan.

This is a perfect oem replacement for the e4od trans. This is for a 4x4 deep pan. It will NOT work with a 2wd vehicle, this has a deep draw.

Needed to do a transmission service on my 2002 Ford F250 7.3L 4x4. This Motorcraft filter is the exact part to replace the old screen filter inside the transmission pan. Good price and fast delivery.

Great price on a Motorcraft part. I put it on my 03 F-350 4x4 Super Duty with the 4R100 automatic transmission. Just be aware that there is also a similar part with a shorter pickup tube for the 2wd trucks. This one fits 4x4.The original gasket is a reusable one. So unless yours is damaged or has been replaced with a standard one, this is all you need.
