Exact OEM replacement very quick and easy swap out about 1 hour if you have the correct tools, just remember to keep the old hardware this one doesn't come with regulator rail mount nuts, nor the one screw removed to get the motor out, as seen in their adds images. Packing was odd, opened and not retaped closed original box, was placed inside an Amazon box with no packaging material.

Installed perfectly in a 2010 Mercury Mariner Hybrid. Had to keep one bolt from the old one. Up and down speed is the same as the other side.

My girlfriends rear-right window regulator cable broke on her 2010 Ford Escape. I did a bit of research online as to what needed to be done to fix this. I was able to identify that this was the appropriate OEM part via Ford's website.I am an relatively handy person, and reviewed some tutorials online on how to replace these parts and, while Youtube and other sites had instructions, the model years were different and therefore I kind of had to make parts up as I went.With that said, this part, of course being an OEM part, matched perfectly and installed with no problems. Shipping was free - same day with prime - and there were no issues overall.If you are like me and are relatively handy, and prefer to save money, replacing this part on your own is well worth the investment. It took me about an hours worth of time between watching videos and filling in the blanks. Overall, saving about $150 in labor costs we were quoted.

This fits the rear passenger door of my 2008 Mercury Mariner Hybrid perfectly. It is an OEM part so it was identical to the factory part. It was pretty easy to install and works great. It includes the motor as well.
