This worked great for my 05 F150. The old clutch plate seemed okay at a glance, but compared to the new one, you could see it was worn down to the rivets.My AC would work when first starting the truck, but would soon stop working altogether once the engine warmed up a few minutes later. I've driven 30-50 minutes straight without the AC going out after installing the new clutch plate.NOTE: This is the clutch plate only. Save the shim(s) that come off of your old plate that fit around the 8mm head screw that you will also need to save. If you don't have shims (glorified overpriced washers), you need to buy a shim pack for $20 or so. Check the tolerances after installing.

Easy to install 10 mins tops. Very important component for the compressor and underestimated. Exact fit for f150 04.

Perfect fit for my 2006 F-150. Installation took about 10 minutes with a 1/4 inch drive socket and a small impact driver

Fits like a high quality OEM part. Remember to keep your old shim(s) though. You may need them.

90% of the time this is the first part to wear out on a A/C pump. This perfect replacement installed in 5 minutes and is working like a champ.

I never got to use it. I keep it just in case as the parts connected to it required replacement. Since there is no OEM kit for replacing the clutch pulley system I opted for a third-party offering to get the air conditioner working again. The non-OEM pulley is too large and turns slowly so the air is not as cold. Perhaps one day the new parts will fail and I will need to do the repair again using OEM parts. Perhaps.
