Was pretty easy to install I had never replaced one was able to get a 17mm shallow socket over it with a 6 inch extension and remove it easily after I unplugged the 2 wires with needle nose

I bought this switch for my 07 Harley and installed it about a month before I made a 3000 mile trip. While I was at 11,000 feet in the Rockies it failed and was spewing brake fluid out the front of the switch when I pressed on the brake pedal. I finished my ride using my front brake only in dangerous mountain terrain. Replaced it with OEM Harley switch, which cost twice as much but don’t want to take any more chances on safety.

The switch is quite a sturdy well designed piece. Very easy to swap with the older bulky oem brake switch.
