Following others advice I used the stock license plate light, which required complete wire rerouting and some drilling in the tail tidy to make room for the factory connection that sticks out a millimeter or two.If you're using (or planning on using) the Husqvarna tail bag with mounts you'll have to get a bit creative. Buy longer hardware and drill holes to move the stock turn signals further back to clear the support brackets.Find an undertail that works, for $40. This is literally the only one.

Easy install. As others did, I recommend using the stock plate light. Only require drilling and rerouting the wire up through the seat. Took me about 20 minutes, as I had already pulled the fender and turn signals.

Couple of downsides... the tag light it comes with has wires that are thin and I couldn't get them to hook up and stay. They show in the installation video that they just connect and electrical tape them together. I didn't want to do that. So I bored out the holes a little bit to fit the stock tail light that comes on the factory swing arm. In doing so, I was also able to use the same connection as stock. All in all its good and works well with a little fabrication. I'm happy with it and can't really complain for the 40 dollars it cost.

I’m not too much a fan of where the bolts/electrical is now . It’s a bit exposed to the elements without some of the factory plastic covers for the turn signals . Other than that it worked, I ended up using the oem license plate light . I just drilled the hole slightly larger . It’s very soft metal so don’t be afraid to drill through it . I did with just a Philips head lol . Overall it helps shed a good 4-5 lbs from the old huge bracket .

Why aren't all 4 included spacers the same size? They need to be or you'll be buying spacers. Comes with 2 large and two small and directions show one of each on either side. No matter which orientation tried it only mounts flush if the spacers are the same, so the kit is 2 pieces short.

Awesome tail tidy! Perfect fit, relatively easy install. I had to cut and splice wires to borrow the original connectors, very easy though. Only real challenge was a very stuck bolt in the bike, but that’s nothing to do with the kit itself. Very happy with the finished look!!

The wires were too small a gauge to work properly. Also the light did not work. I drilled a few holes and was able to use the factory light. However the steel sheet holds up well and fits as described with a little work.
